A pre-school theatrical experience incorporating live music, song, sketches and all round educational entertainment (for the grown-ups too). Every week the “show” is different and children can participate, if they want, or simply sit back, observe and enjoy the atmosphere.
Football Centre of Excellence
We are a football development programme children that emphasizes all the key elements of football as we work toward building the complete footballer while having a lot of fun. ExcelTots is great fun for toddlers and parents. Your child will learn the basics of football, movements, agility, balance and co-ordination with the parent’s help. FCE is for children from 5 to 14 years old. Our sessions bridge the gap between grassroots football and pro-clubs giving chances and opportunities to the children that have the determination to succeed.

Heathens Thai Boxing
We run classes teaching Muay Thai boxing in both Enfield and Crouch End North London, coached by an expert trainer with 20 years of martial arts experience. The classes are suitable for all levels and abilities and can provide fitness, self defence and health benefits. Make use of this opportunity to learn one of the most effective martial arts in the world from a national champion.
This class is for all ages and abilities. It is a small friendly class. The slow movements are taught in sections adding a bit more each week. Tai Chi improves balance and flow of energy throughout the body. The calm and gentle movements can bring about a sense of tranquility, leading to a greater sense of awareness and overall sense of well being.
Founded by Mr J Moreno – ITF International Instructor Black Belt VI Dan- it has provided martial arts tuition since 1998 for hundreds of children, teenagers and adults, giving them support and practical tools to respond to challenging situations in an effective, responsible and confident way. The classes are physically challenging but at the same time are run in a safe and exciting atmosphere. They are divided according to age: Little Panthers: 4-6 yrs, Juniors: 7-12 years, and Teens & Adults: 13 years+.
Keep fit and agile with Badminton – it’s a friendly, informal group and all are welcome, from beginners to advanced. It’s a drop-in group so just turn up when you please – and it’s just £2 per session.
Join our exercise classes to get fitter, stay fit, and discover muscles you didn’t know you had. We welcome all shapes and sizes, whatever your fitness level. No music, no machines, just a variety of basic gym equipment, plus different circuits every month. First class is half price and we offer reductions for retired, unwaged people, and students.
My Zumba® fitness classes are fun, easy to follow and combines dane and fitness moves. A heart-pumping cardio workout that is suitable for all ages (16+) and abilities. Feel the music and get loose!!!
MS Exercise Together
A structured exercise group for those with Multiple Scelrosis – receive an individual assessment from a qualified physiotherapist, then come weekly to complete your prescribed exercise program in the company of tohers. Class is limited to 8 persons, but we operate a waiting list.
White Crane Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline which exercises the body and mind. The pattern or form is a sequence of flowing movements. When practiced it can improve co-ordination, flexibility in muscles and joints, improving concentration and discipline by relieving stress and tension and increasing awareness. Breathing exercises improve the lungs, reducing high blood pressure, increasing blood circulation and improve stamina and energy. Tai chi depends on awareness and sensitivity, rather then strength and speed. The movements also teach self-defence.
Yoga is a personal experience and in my class, with a combination of physical poses (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation, through time, you will develop a stronger, more flexible, creative and balanced body. Your mind is kept alert but relaxed. You will be encouraged to practice through a non-competitive approach, always being mindful of your breathing and body alignment. Fun is allowed! Beginners are welcomed. I hold a BWY diploma and have been an accredited teacher for 10 years.
A gentle class which covers yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. The focus is on exploration and encouraging a deeper connection with the body. It is also about developing flexibility, inner strength, calming the mind and wellbeing. Everyone is welcome to join, whether new to yoga or an accomplished student. Marielle has studied with many yoga teachers over the last twenty years and her style is particularly influenced by Vanda Scaravelli.
Table Tennis (18+)
A friendly social table tennis meet-up held weekly. The standard is good and all (18+) are welcome to come along to have a fun evening.
Light refreshments included – £5. Runs throughout the year apart from public holidays.

We offer low cost, unlimited term counselling for people on low wages or benefits. We’re a Registered Charity founded in 2000 and our Charitable Purpose is to help people who otherwise could not afford longer-term counselling. All our counsellors are volunteers.
Meditation for Everyone
Weekly drop-in guided meditation classes consisting of guided meditations and practical teachings derived from the Buddhist tradition on how to maintain a peaceful and relaxed mind in daily life by solving problems of stress, anxiety, worry and other negative minds. No need to book in advance and turn up to the class and register when you arrive. The classes are suitable for everyone.
Craniosacral Therapy Drop-In Clinic
This popular clinic is open to all – babies, children & adults. It’s a non-appointment clinic & has been running for 15 years. Craniosacral Therapy is gentle and non-invasive. It’s useful for babies, who have had difficult births and experience poor sleep, colic, feeding issues or inconsolable crying. With adults, it can help a wide range of conditions such as headaches, aches and pains, tinnitus, fatigue, post-natal recovery, and as a general therapy to get ‘back in balance’ with yourself, especially after illness or a traumatic event.
Haringey’s local vegie box scheme. Become a member of Crop Drop and receive a weekly bag of super fresh tasty vegetables. We deliver to collection points around Haringey every Thursday afternoon. We carefully select organic produce from local farms, making it easy for you to buy ethically, eat seasonally and cook with the best quality produce. We’re building a community around sustainable food – we want to involve lots of local people in the running of the scheme.

West Haringey Over 50s Exercise Group
Exercise for older adults run by trainer specialising in seniors classes. Gentle circuit training, small group and whole group activities to improve strength, stamina and flexibility. All welcome, no experience necessary, just enthusiasm.
Community Lunch Club
Our monthly Lunch Club offers a space for Over 50’s to come together to enjoy good company, meet friends – old and new, whilst tucking into some delicious homemade grub. A two-course meal, tea or coffee and a rolling programme of after lunch activities for just £5. The lunch club is supported by local businesses Broadway Fruiterers, Freemans Butchers and Dunn’s Bakery.
